Direct To Desk Candidate is intended for lawful professional use by candidates, recruiters, and approved business users. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they upload and the outreach they generate is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the intended recipients.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for activity performed under their credentials.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where misuse, policy violations, security concerns, or legal risks are identified.

Users retain responsibility for resumes, candidate information, mailing content, and other material they upload or approve within the platform.

Generated drafts should be reviewed before use. Automated assistance does not remove the need for human review, compliance checks, or recipient suitability checks.

Paid plans, credits, billing cycles, and refund handling should be governed by the commercial terms presented at the point of purchase and any applicable order forms or subscription agreements.

These terms provide a clean operational baseline, but they should be finalized with legal counsel before public production launch to reflect the exact commercial model, jurisdiction, and service commitments.
